General All purchases made through AUREN are subject to these terms. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time without prior notice.

Orders & Payment All orders are processed in USD. We reserve the right to cancel any order at our discretion. Payment must be completed in full before any order is fulfilled.

Shipping AUREN offers same/next day shipping on orders placed before 5PM local time. Orders placed after 5PM will ship the following business day. Shipping times vary by carrier and location. AUREN is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier once the package has been handed off.

Returns & Refunds All sales are final. Due to the limited nature of our drops, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged or defective. If your item arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photo evidence and we will make it right.

Product Disclaimer AUREN jewelry is fashion jewelry consisting of brass base metal with 18k gold or silver plating. Products are not solid gold or solid silver. Keep jewelry away from water, perfume, and chemicals to maintain plating quality.
